Summer camp at Wa-Tut-Ca is next on the troop's schedule.  Camp starts on July 31st and runs through August 5th.  Complete camp infromation can be found in the Troop 437 Camp Handout document.  Please read this document as it contains information on when to arrive, what to pack and not pack, and lots of other valuable information.  If you have not yet submitted medical forms please do so as soon as possible as they are mandatory for camp.

The 2011 - 2012 troop calendar is now available. You can download the PDF version, connect to the iCAL feed, or subscribe to the Google calendar version.  Dates will be loaded into the troop's website calendar soon.

Tonight is the Troop's Spring Court of Honor.  The troop will be recognizing scouts for the achievments they have earned.  Scouts should wear class-A uniforms and parents are encouraged to attend.  This will be the last troop meeting for the year.  Next Thursday the youth leaders of the troop will meet to plan out next year's program.

Please return all troop equipment to tonight's meeting.  It is important for us to get the eqiupment back so that it can be prepared for use at summer camp.  Equipment can be delivered to the front of the shed in stead of bringing it up to the meeting hall.

Next Tuesday is Flag day and the American Legion will be hosting its annual flag retirement ceremony.  The Legion has asked for troop members to help with the service.  This is a Class A activity.  The service starts at 6:00pm.
