The Westford chapter of Relay for Life is holding an event at Stony Brook Middle school that they would like a Scout flag team to perform the openning ceremony.  This is on June 10th at 5:45pm and would take an hour.  This is a Class-A activity.  If you are interested please contact the Senior Patrol Leader or Scoutmaster.  This event would qualify for service hours.

The Troop's sporting good sale is coming up fast.  Thanks to the hard work of many people all the details are coming together.  However, for the sale to be a sucess we need the help of all the scouts and adults in the troop.  Please take a moment for the following:

Our special Eagle Court of Honor to recognize the Troops two newest Eagle Scouts is fast approaching on June 4th.  If you have not done so yet please RSVP now.

Information about May's bicycling trip is now available here.  Reminder participants need to bring a bag lunch for Saturday.  On-time arrival at campground is critical as we need to start out on the bike ride no later then 10:30am.

The balance of the summer camp payment is due on or before May 19th.  The balance is $255 for all scouts who paid the $50 deposit in March.  For new scouts the total due for camp is $305.  See our summer camp Info document for more details.

Just a reminder that the last couple fo minutes of each troop meeting is devoted to important announcements.  These announcements are important for both scouts and parents to hear.  Please plan on arriving to pickup your son at 8:25pm and come inside so you can hear the announcements!
