Scout Troop 437 2026 Bicycle and Spring Sporting Equipment Sale

2026 Bicycle & Spring Sporting Equipment Sale Saturday, May 2, 2026 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Westford Common, 53 Main St Rain or shine!     We are accepting donations in good condition starting in mid-March. Coordinate pickup or dropoff by emailing bikesale@westfordtroop437.us

Don't throw out those outgrown bikes, camping equipment, or spring/summer sporting goods! Westford Scout Troop 437 will sell your gently used bikes and spring/summer sporting goods at their annual Spring Bike & Sports Sale, on the Westford Common (rain or shine). We accept cash or Venmo (bank account, no credit cards) only.

Donate or Consign:

Please, no winter sporting gear such as skis, ski boots, ice skates, snowboards, etc.

Here’s how the sale works:

Consignment or Donation drop off:

Friday May 1, from 5:30-7:30 pm
American Legion Post 437
114 Dunstable Road, Westford, MA

                     or

Saturday May 2, from 7:00-9:00 am
Westford Common, Westford, MA

Consignment Registration Form:  

Complete, print, and bring to sale to save time at check-in or fill out a consignment form when you arrive.  

Consignment registration fee:

$1 per item ($5 maximum per household)

Consignment price distribution:

Consignor sets sale price
Consignor receives 75% of selling price
Scout Troop 437 receives 25% of selling price

Public sale:

May 2 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 
Westford Common (53 Main St., Westford, MA)
(rain or shine)

Consignor pick up:

May 2 from 1:00-2:00pm 
Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
